We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.


Job description:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales reports.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely pickups.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team: data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records.
  • Communicate with our five warehouses and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns, working closely with the sales team to address challenges.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using sales and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Python is a plus)
  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A customercentric approach with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Salary:
$ $22.00 per hour


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
