Core Purpose:


The SDR will be instrumental in our growth strategy, responsible for generating new leads, engaging with prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategically identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Qualify leads through detailed conversations, understanding their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule presentations and demos.
  • Track and manage lead data in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is up to date.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine lead generation and outreach strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field(preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or B2B sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value and engage potential clients.
  • Experience with CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • A selfstarter mentality with the drive to initiate and persist with outreach to new prospects.
