    $2100-$2250

    NICU RN Qualifications

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (NYS)

    Minimum 1 year of RN experience;
    NICU or Maternal Child Health experience strongly preferred

    Associate of Applied Science in Nursing or higher degree

    BLS certification required upon hire

    ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within 6 months of hire

    Ability to perform light lifting and repetitive hand/finger movements

    Capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods and operating clinical equipment

    NICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities

    Provide direct patient care to neonates and maternal child health patients in the
    NICU
    Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

    Perform patient observation, data collection, care planning, implementation, and evaluation

    Address patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs

    Adhere to nursing standards and scope of practice (AWONN, ACOG, NNA, AORN)
