The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Being a member of a global team of QAD Business Analysts
Handling internal customer requirements and technical issues, as well as collaborating with external service providers
Developing solutions to meet functional design requirements, converting them into technical specifications, obtaining quotes for external services, testing programs, creating and updating work aids, and implementing them into the production system
Ensuring the technical feasibility of change requests for the QAD ERP system
Managing help desk inquiries related to individual processes, major maintenance work, system changes, and mass data updates

Basic profile:

Completed degree in computer science or equivalent qualification in ERP system support
Professional experience in software development, ERP system support, and the software development life cycle
Knowledge of Progress SQL or a comparable database language
Strong analytical skills, mathematical understanding, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to travel for business purposes, if necessary
