We are in search of a Production Operator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to dive in head first and run Favor's beverage production operations.

This strategic, hard working leader will head the full in house production processes. This role requires great attention to detail, outside the box thinking, and ability to collaborate and lead others.

You will also manage the work environment and assist in implementing procedures, conducting trainings, and addressing and curing safety deficiencies.
