Your tasks:

In the REWE high school graduate program, you can shorten your training as a retail salesperson to 18 months with good performance. After that, you will complete a further 22 months of training to become a certified retail specialist.

You will learn, among other things:

  • to determine the demand for goods, as well as to procure, store and control them
  • to conduct consultation and sales conversations
  • to take on projects, for example in the areas of customer retention and quality assurance
  • to familiarize yourself with employee management and carry out personnel planning
  • to create sales statistics, as well as to conduct performance checks and settlements
