Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caterer to join our team. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food at various events and functions. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality food presentation, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Set up food stations and buffet tables with the necessary utensils, plates, and napkins
Serve food to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Monitor food quantities and replenish as needed to ensure all guests are served
Assist with event setup and cleanup tasks as required
Follow food safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards
Collaborate with the event coordinator to ensure all catering requirements are met
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns

Experience:

Previous experience in food preparation or catering is preferred
Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures
Familiarity with hotel or banquet operations is a plus
Strong customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
