Summary

SecuriGence is seeking a talented SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) Team Lead to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.


Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate and align team members' expectations regarding task assignments, work arrangements, and other departmental requirements.
  • Ensure assigned networks is functional and monitored 24/
  • Provide expert project leadership and guidance to team as SME.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of direct reports.
  • Engage in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
  • Implement technological alternatives to streamline functions and improve productivity.
  • Document and maintain technology policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform administration and operation functions as necessary in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • 6 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • DOD Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience as team lead. DOD IAT Level III Certification is required.
