We are currently looking for a Service Manager / Operations Manager (m/f/d) for the engine technology department to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include planning assembly operations, processing orders and offers, managing customer and product master data (including engine documentation), ensuring timely spare parts supply, inventory control, and handling commercial purchasing processes (supplier selection, obtaining quotes, placing orders).

You will also be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing inventory. In case of shortages, you will also participate in service operations.


We are looking for someone with a completed education, preferably with a technical background and experience in the field of combined heat and power plants (CHP).

You should have a good understanding of technical processes, basic commercial knowledge, and some experience in customer and personnel planning.
