- Installation of controls/wiring and duct smoke detectors.
- Alignment of pumps.
- Evacuate/charge refrigerant systems.
- Trouble shooting and repair of various HVAC related devices.
- Timely completion of equipment informational and startup forms
- Interact with project commissioning authority
- Train project clients on installed HVAC equipment operation
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and overtime if required
- Minimum seven years of experience with Commercial HVAC startup, maintenance and equipment repair
- Expert knowledge of refrigeration cycle, electrical and control wiring schematics
- Proficient with chilled water HVAC systems, packaged roof top HVAC equipment, Dx split system HVAC equipment, data center type cooling equipment, VAVs, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, fans, VFDs, ductless split units, VRV/VRF cooling systems
- Possess excellent diagnostic abilities

- Must be able to carry and use a step and 25' extension ladder as well as work on scaffolding
