Caretaker (m/f/d) Team Leader

Your tasks:


  • Operational caretaker duties (lawn care, minor repairs and handyman work, minor technical solutions)
  • Communication with external specialist companies in the areas of maintenance, upkeep, and construction
  • Construction management tasks for minor renovation projects, including monitoring construction, coordinating appointments, tracking costs, and verifying invoices
  • Onsite followup of pending maintenance tasks, onsite coordination of companywide maintenance matrix
  • Leadership tasks in relation to the entire caretaker team of the company

You are:


  • Several years of experience as a caretaker
  • Knowledge of fire prevention
  • Profound knowledge in commissioning
