    **Regional Sales Manager**

    ***Regional Sales Manager***

    ***Key Responsibilities:***

    Works within pricing guidelines to ensure top line sales and GM targets are met

    Continued sales funnel development through a combination of cold calling and marketing campaigns

    Partners with marketing to develop campaigns with supporting collateral

    Works in partnership with the Client Care Team to respond to quote requests

    Diligently tracks all sales funnel activities through Salesforce & utilizes its features for greater effectiveness

    Acts as a subject matter expert on Small Business Solutions products and services

    Develops Annual Sales Plans with goals, metrics, and work plan by week, month, and quarter

    Attends all relevant industry tradeshows

    Uncovers, investigates and develops RFPs for large scale projects and opportunities over a longer selling cycle

    Identifies new market opportunities and develops sales strategies to secure new business

    ***Required Qualifications:***

    Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related discipline

    Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset

    Ability to travel in the US and Canada in a post-pandemic world

    Proven experience in a related role with understanding of the full sales cycle

    Demonstrated success in growing sales with new and existing customers

    Experience selling to both public and private organizations

    Must be resilient Not easily discouraged and able to maintain composure when the pressure is on

    Demonstrated ability to work opportunities from cold to close

    Proven hunter mindset with the ability to farm when necessary
