    As Sales Manager, you'll lead a team, driving sales among new and existing accounts, from small businesses to Fortune 1000 companies. Your focus is effective marketing and selling within your assigned territory. Your role includes recruiting, training, and motivating the team to meet quotas and corporate goals.     • Proficiency in sales principles, marketing strategies, and sales management systems.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and conduct weekly meetings with representatives to review their activities and facilitate their development.
    • Address day-to-day inquiries and concerns related to job responsibilities.
    • Assist representatives in crafting strategic and competitive sales proposals.
    • Accompany representatives to appointments to provide insights and information.
    • Monitor and track the performance of the sales staff to ensure goal attainment.
    • Analyze operational records and reports to forecast sales and ascertain profitability
    • Continuously recruit, select, train, and assess personnel.
    • Take personal responsibility for selling within your assigned territory or account allocation.
    • Maintain a consistent presence at our Aurora office each workday.
    • Organize or facilitate ongoing training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.
    • Effectively address and resolve customer queries and complaints concerning services, products, or staff.
    • Collaborate with representatives to devise strategies for various sales opportunities.
    • Motivate and inspire representatives to reach both personal and professional milestones.
    • Promote office technology and meet individual and team quotas.
    Qualifications
    • A proven ability to be both a sales professional & leader in a quota-driven role
    • Experience managing an outside sales team
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5-6 years in a professional sales position.
    • Sales experience in the copier and printing industry
