    Talento Search Group has an opening for a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician in the Monroe, North Carolina area. This is a direct-hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay of $28 - $32 per hour.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Interpretation of schematics / drawings
    • Regular production and facilities machine PM's / scheduling
    • Mechanical troubleshooting on hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
    • Electrical systems wiring and PLC troubleshooting
    • Assist with facility capital projects to include installations, fabrication, etc.
    • Ensuring all LOTO/Safety protocols are adhered to
    • Move equipment/objects between lbs with/without assistance as needed.


    Education & Experience

    • Minimum 3 years current experience in a manufacturing environment with a stable work background
    • 2 year Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Similar highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to adhere to all Quality and Safety standards
