To strengthen our team, we are looking for an E-Commerce/Online Shop Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Weng/Griesstätt as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact and coordinator for all activities related to our B2C online shop, as well as the interface to our internal and external departments (e.g. logistics, sales, photographers, and IT).

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the online shop, including product and inventory maintenance
Creating and maintaining product photos together with our photographer
Monitoring order management
Conducting evaluations and data exports for analysis and improvement of our webshop performance
Making adjustments to the webshop to optimize product presentation and user experience
Supporting the daytoday operations of Ecommerce
General administrative and office tasks in order processing
Researching topics and planning promotions, such as creating newsletters and customer campaigns
Working closely with our teams in marketing, product management, and customer service
