- Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Partner with management on staffing projections, recruitment strategies, job postings, and applicant screening.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify and implement employee training programs.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits and assist with issue resolution.
- Administer FMLA, catastrophic leave, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and other employment regulations.
- Advise on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity for payroll processing.
- Collaborate with budget owners to support cost management and recommend expense reduction strategies.
- Develop and maintain succession planning programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration preferred.
- In lieu of a degree: 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- With a degree: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
- Expertise in FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and related employment legislation.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a general office environment with sufficient mobility and reflexes to perform essential job functions.

Job Overview
As a strategic business partner, the Human Resources Business Partner will oversee key HR functions including employee relations, leave administration, investigations, performance management, and compliance.
