- Supporting Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement procedures.
- Assisting in developing Scope of Work for subcontractors.
- Coordinating field activities of both self-performed and subcontracted work as needed. Responding to queries from Superintendents and reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications promptly.
- Engaging with Subcontractors, Architect, Engineers, and Owner to aid the project management team in daily activities.
- Managing equipment, material, and informational submittals effectively.
- Creating and publishing Operations and Maintenance Manuals for clients.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of contracts, drawings, and specifications for projects.
- Supporting the client and subcontractor change order process.
- Organizing and maintaining all project files, including personnel, vendor, and other essential documents.
- Essential knowledge of construction principles is required.
- Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, estimates, and similar documents is necessary.
- BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or relevant field—or equivalent practical experience is a must.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project is essential; familiarity with SharePoint is a bonus.
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration is advantageous.

The pay range for this role is $24.36 - $39.47 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary based on expertise and experience. This role pays hourly and may include a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific position. Pay rates are location-based.
