    Description

    The Zaxby's Support Center is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team This position will be responsible for assisting supply chain team in meeting both departmental and corporate objectives. This individual will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily supply chain activities, including reporting, analytics, and supplier/distributor management.

    This position is based in Atlanta, GA and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3-4 in-office days per week.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:

    • Support inventory management of supply for tests, LTOs and other promotions
    • Support the inventory management of product supply from distributors to restaurants
    • Support communication of all LTO-related communications to Distribution Centers
    • Track and report on Distribution Center accuracy of communicated inventory guidelines
    • Create analytical models to provide expected product run-out dates at suppliers, distributors, and restaurants for promotional and test products. Present findings to leadership
    • Resolve distributor and supplier issues to maintain continuous supply of product to the system
    • Evaluate and coordinate product consolidation between distribution centers
    • Perform risk assessments and what-if scenarios on slow moving or obsolete promotional inventory
    • Develop external relationships with Distribution Partner Account Reps
    • Liaise with Project Managers, Quality Assurance and Buying team to provide product information and reporting
    • Observe the business planning team with various forecasting and analysis
    • Network with suppliers, leaders, and peers to gain relative experience in a corporate environment
    • Work on projects relevant to your major to ensure valuable knowledge is gained
    • Access and navigate Arrowstream: the cloud-based supply chain visibility tool utilized by the supply chain team
    KEY COMPETENCIES

    • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Data analysis skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
    • Education: High school diploma required; actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business with a focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
    • Experience: None required
