High-performance Our services include:

construction planning, turnkey construction, high-rise and civil engineering, road and civil engineering, water engineering and flood protection, special civil engineering, track construction and the construction of structural precast concrete components.

We are currently looking to fill the mentioned positions for the location in Eisenach for the calculation of interesting projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Examination and evaluation of tender documents regarding attractiveness for the department
  • Calculation of projects in road, civil and sewer construction
  • Independent creation of offers based on performance specifications or functional performance descriptions

For general contractor projects:
development of performance specifications and determination of associated quantities as well as internal coordination with estimators from other performance areas


  • Consultation and negotiation with potential clients
  • After receiving the contract, systematic handover of projects to the construction management
  • The focus of the position is on calculation. Construction management of own projects may be added.

Requirements:

  • Degree in civil engineering or a comparable course of study, alternatively technician or master craftsman
  • Professional experience as a calculator in road, civil
