    Description

    Our client, a very well respected large law firm is seeking a mid-level Private Client Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join their office in Chicago, IL. They are recognized for having some of the best attorneys in America.

    Qualifications

    • Estate Planning experience to include drafting, implementing and administering sophisticated lifetime and testamentary planning strategies
    • Handling estate and trust administration
    • The desire to work in a sophisticated environment and the ability to manage multiple projects is paramount

    Responsibilities

    • Advising high net work individuals, families, and family offices, drafting wills
    • Research and projection of tax implications of planning techniques
    • Preparation of client educational and summary materials
    • Meeting and communicating directly with clients to advance their goals
