- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Process and record incoming payments accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain fixed assets records and track depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and analysis.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies in the finance department.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and billing.
