Description

Hearing aid specialists fit state-of-the-art hearing aids for people with hearing loss. Using the latest computer technology, the hearing aids are adjusted/programmed.

First, the degree of hearing loss is determined. Then, in a personal conversation, the approach is explained to the customer to clarify any further needs/expectations, which are then taken into account when selecting the hearing aids.

Next comes the fitting and manufacturing process, in which the customer is accompanied in various appointments. After the fitting is completed, a close customer relationship is maintained through maintenance and continuous adjustment of the hearing aids.

As a hearing aid specialist, you should:
