HIRING FOR PART-TIME CONCIERGE
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1year customer service experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and ability to learn and master other software as needed.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Punctual and able to maintain established time frames for duties
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Able to multitask
- Professional appearance
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Able to perform basic mathematical operations, including percentages and fractions
- Able to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables
- Able to discern when other parties need to be involved in validating priorities
Job Type:
Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
