- Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to the project's needs, ensuring costeffectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead the sourcing process for construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, including RFQs, RFPs, and bidding processes.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and subcontractors, focusing on favorable conditions, cost reductions, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the project management team to forecast demand for materials and services, aligning procurement activities with project timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors, evaluating their capabilities, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services, coordinating with logistics and onsite teams to address any supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee the procurement budget, tracking expenditures, and implementing costsaving measures without compromising on quality or project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and environmental regulations throughout the procurement process.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, progress, and challenges to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field or relative exprience.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of managing procurement activities in fastpaced environments.
- Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and services, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Nevada for the duration of the project.

Job DescriptionAs the Supply Chain Procurement Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction project by managing all aspects of procurement, from sourcing materials and services to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
