Manager Recruiting (f/m/d) for Master of Science Programs

General Information:
WHU offers Master of Science programs in Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Business English. These programs are designed for highly qualified and motivated Bachelor graduates seeking an excellent and international business education.

Are you someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a structured manner, and has a passion for recruiting, sales, and customer relationship management? If so, you could be a great fit for our dedicated and international team.

As a Manager Recruiting (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate journey and taking our recruitment operations to the next level.

You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting sales projects.

This is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or permanent employment.

Your Mission:

Support and advise candidates for the Master's programs throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offering a study place
Utilize our CRM platform to ensure a targeted and highquality approach throughout the entire customer journey
Develop and organize innovative recruiting formats both on and offcampus
Attend university fairs and events to recruit students for our Bachelor's and Master's programs, which may require occasional travel and weekend work
Assist the Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in further developing and digitizing our recruitment processes
