About What You'll Work On:
- Managing administrative functions for the South San Diego Learning Center (e.g. filing,
- Assist in managing scheduling phone lines, session cancellations, sub and break coverage
- Verify incoming new patient paperwork is completed
- Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner
- Responds to questions and request for information by staff and families
- Generate Canva, Excel or other related program documents to create requested documents
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling
- Maintain front lobby space
- Assist in planning and set up for center social events
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating
supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies; restocking supplies as needed
- Other duties, as requested
Qualifications:
- Availability M-F 10:15am 6:15pm
- Ability to "think on your feet" and problemsolve on the go
- High level of planning and organizational skills; high energy; excellence driven; strong
- Familiarity with G Suite a plus
- Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations
- Excellent customeroriented attitude
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
