To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Commercial Assistant with a focus on Marketing (m/f/d) limited

Your tasks:

  • Reception of the Center Management Office (reception of visitors, customers, tenants, and service providers + telephone switchboard)
  • Support of the Center Manager in operational and commercial management
  • General secretarial and administrative tasks including preparation of presentations
  • Tenant support and correspondence including tenant and property-specific communication
  • Press archive (archiving of daily press on relevant news, location developments, and structural data)
  • Processing of quarterly reporting
