We are AWO pro:

mensch, a 100% subsidiary of the Berlin Workers' Welfare Association and therefore one of the leading associations in the field of social welfare.

In 1999, we started our operations with a childcare facility and less than 10 employees. Today, more than 300 colleagues work in 15 facilities in the areas of childcare, children's homes, and youth welfare.

To strengthen our team in the childcare department, we are currently looking for


Educators for our Blumentraum daycare center in Marzahn-Hellersdorf
Our Blumentraum daycare center, with 90 places, is located near the Hellersdorf subway station.

With our strengths and resource-oriented pedagogical work, we aim to lay the foundation for children to independently shape their lives.

Resilience promotion and participation are particularly important to us. We are open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.


Your responsibilities

  • Daily care of children aged eight weeks to school enrollment
  • Promotion of children in all areas of education according to the Berlin Education Program
  • Cooperation with parents
  • Implementation of AWO quality management
  • Willingness to implement scientific activities

Your qualifications

  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator or a comparable qualification
  • Commitment and joy in educating, raising, and caring for children
  • Openness and tolerance towards children and parents, as well as their life situations
