Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for reporting project statuses to PMW160 and additional stakeholders, escalating issues that impact schedule, connecting the TACNET CB-ISEA team with outside support for issue resolution and ensuring team's directed processes are adhered to.
- Work closely with Project and Program Managers to develop level of efforts, provide inputs for spend plan meetings, and support requests for information for countless other data calls from various stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration amongst key stakeholders, e.g., CANES Sustainment Engineering, AI
- Engineering, Fleet Readiness Directive (FRD), FRD Installation Office (FIO), the 160 Program Management Office (PMW160), Production Facilities, and Ships Force.
- Builds and maintains working relationships with customers, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for the staffing, management, quality, and performance on the contract
- Develop major concepts, initiatives, processes, procedures, PM tools and programs.
- Assess and enhance programs: Requirements Definition, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Analysis
- Drive the organization towards meeting customer requirements and strategic initiatives. Align team to program/customer vision and expectations.
- Responsible for all financial and technical reviews of the Functional Area performance
- Provides leadership, guidance, training, and resources to the program team leads and individuals' performers on their team.
- Develop and present needs assessments, briefings, position papers, and reports.
- Utilize business process tools and specialized expertise to streamline initiatives and integrate disparate rules, policy, and technologies.
- Leverage leadership team and problemsolving methodologies to foster solutions alleviating strategic roadblocks and create innovative solutions for ambiguous problemsets.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Secret Clearance to start.
- Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years or more experience

Target salary range:
$155,001 - $165,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy:
SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
