For our continued growth, we are looking for a:

Team Leader CRM and Data Management (m/f/d):

Your tasks:

You drive the CRM management of the Tiemeyer Group forward and use the existing system and information landscape as well as the associated data sets and sales opportunities within the framework of customer activation activities.
In collaboration with sales management and marketing, you define a CRM strategy to achieve relevant interactions with consumers through targeted activation, which bring clear added value for both the consumers and the Tiemeyer Group.
You create extensive analyses using data from our CRM software and provide recommendations for lead generation, customer development, and reactivation of inactive customers.
You support the concept development and implementation of (automated) marketing campaigns based on extensive data analysis, working in cooperation with the marketing management and reporting directly to the sales board.
You continue to educate yourself through internal and external training and research to master our CRM tool (CATCH by Prof4Net) to perfection.
You are responsible for the further development, maintenance, and process optimization of the CRM tool, associated data sets, and their evaluation.
You analyze campaigns and create reports based on defined KPIs.

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree program with a focus on marketing, sales, or communication. Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 4 years
