  • Support in the selection process for apprentices, such as preparation and implementation of aptitude tests
  • Applicant management, advising and informing applicants
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of internal training courses and workshops for apprentices
  • Preparation and implementation of introduction days at the beginning of the new training year
  • Organization and processing of processes related to student internships
