Tasks

  • You will work in an agile team responsible for the further development of the digital channel, including online banking, apps, and customer portal.
  • Together with the customer and product managers, you will define the digital offering and lead the conception and implementation of new solutions based on identified trends and customer needs.
  • Together with the IT department, you will be responsible for the digital roadmap and its implementation using agile methods.
  • You will ensure the operation of the digital offering, compliance with legal requirements, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the collaboration with development teams and providers.

Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in finance, (business) informatics, digital design, or a comparable education.
  • You have convincing experience in project management, digital sales, and possibly in setting up customer portals.
