M-F 9a-5:30p

Greets patients, answers phones, updates patient information in Practice Perfect, collects copays, provides administrative/secretarial support. Sends and collects intake information. Uploads intake information into Practice Perfect and forwards notifications to Scheduler.

Calls patients to remind them of upcoming appointments. Reviews upcoming schedule.

Creates, distributes and collects any new patient paperwork/intake forms when necessary.

Responsible for patient flow in waiting room. Communicates with therapists. Contacts practice therapists when patients arrive. Communicates wait times to patients when necessary. Maintains waiting room. Other office duties as required.

  • Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
  • Strong phone skills; ability to handle multiple phone lines and communicate clearly
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
