- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Identifies and successfully investigates matters of internal dishonesty.
- Controls the unexplained loss of merchandise and improve profitability.
- Identifies associate behaviors and/or operational issues through exception-based reporting and CCTV that may cause shrink.
- Identifies trends; makes recommendations for improvement; teach, train and coach associates to effectively handle opportunities; monitor corrective action.
- Prepares detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
- Monitors criminal cases, appear in court and testify as warranted.
- Follows up, supports and resolves safety, environmental and regulatory issues as assigned by the Director.
- Assists in supporting safety awareness and compliance in Distribution, including assistance with Workers' Compensation and General Liability claim process, and maintain all OSHA records.
- Uses data to identify trends that may lead to accidents and make recommendations for process changes or improvements.
- Assists with all Distribution specific training related to safety and machine training and recertification.

- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or in Criminal Justice from an accredited institution
- Experience: 5 years' in loss prevention, including 2 years' experience in loss prevention management or related management
- Demonstrated experience conducting investigations
- Experience in using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.)
- Experience conducting quality reviews/audits
- Current AHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- N/A
- Regularly performs computer work and sits
- Occasionally walks and stands
- Seldom/never lifts up to 50lbs.
- Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
