Admissions Coordinator Assistant - Escondido, United States - Oak Hill Residential Care

Description

• Greet and assist patients and families with the admissions process
• Collect and verify patient information, including medical records and insurance details
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers
• Follow up on incoming leads for perspective families
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, families, and medical staff
• Go getter attitude
• Provide administrative support to Executive Director team as needed

• Previous experience in Memory Car/Assisted Living required
• Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and phone systems
• Knowledge of medical records management and administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment

• Salary range between $25 to $32/hr
