Description

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks at

Palatine Bridge:
Help us solve technical issues, provide technical advice, and assist with the management and implementation of IT projects. You will set up computers for new colleagues and customize them according to their needs and roles.

You will also be in close communication with our suppliers when purchasing hardware, such as laptops and smartphones, and will handle inventory and returns.

You will manage, maintain, and set up smartphones for our colleagues with corresponding contracts.

You will also support the regular maintenance of equipment at our four locations in Wiesbaden and assist with the development and planning of new ideas.

During 1-to-1 security audits, security measures will be reviewed and training will be provided for our colleagues.
