Responsible for implementing and sustaining Lean and Six Sigma concepts, interfacing with cross-functional teams and other functional departmentsDeveloping manufacturing PFMEAs, Control Plans and recognizing and achieving improvements in tooling and processesMaintain current knowledge of the latest methods and technologies, and be able to recognize their applicability within our manufacturing and assembly operationsResponsible for monitoring and reporting key metrics and developing improvement planParticipate and conduct continual improvement activities, such as 5S, SPS, Six Sigma and ISO, to enhance the quality systemEnsure action items generated from SPS and ISO audits are completed in a timely mannerAssist Quality Manager and team in establishing, implementing and maintenance of the quality management systemsContribute and lead Digital Quality implementation within the plantPrepare Pareto charts, and 8D reports as requiredContribute to improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals by defining and implementing projects and processesWhat qualifications will make you successful?
