- Performs a range of routine activities such as:
- o Data entry
- o Maintenance of the general ledger
- o Preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports.
- · Reviews, codes, and verifies transactions and journal entries.
- · Research s and resolves issues and exceptions.
- · Completes simple and complex calculations using spreadsheets.
- · Assists with trial balances.
- · Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- · Responsible for processing of group of accounts.
- Work overtime as necessary to accomplish tasks and goals.
- Attend weekly department meetings and training sessions
- Promote safety and participate in safety activities:
- o Assist in the investigation of all accidents or incidents in work area.
- o Implement safety-related improvements as identified by employees, team leaders, safety professionals and others.
- May perform special projects and other duties as assigned or requested.
- High school diploma.
- Strong knowledge of ISO and lab accreditation preferred.

- · Equipment Use: Ladders, refrigerators, freezers, step stools, multipurpose printers, personal computers, and laboratory equipment.
- · Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ERP system use preferred.
- · Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, standard operating procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
