Duties:
We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team.

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to providing a positive experience for our guests. This role is part-time and would be 2-3 nights per week from 11PM-7AM.

Responsibilities:

Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments
Prepare daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest folios
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Assist with the checkin and checkout process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions during the night shift
Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols
Clean and prepare public areas
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
Excellent guest relations skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
Proficient phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and assist guests with their needs
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and procedures
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
