Join our team at Airport Heights and help us make it happen As our Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and developing technical documentation for various output channels and target audiences.

This includes conducting research, creating concepts, writing and editing documents, archiving, and publishing. You will also collaborate with different departments to clarify technical content and ensure accuracy.

In addition, you will maintain and improve our data and document database using various tools such as the Schema ST4 editorial system, MS Office, and other software as needed.

You will also coordinate translations to ensure our content is accessible to a global audience.

We are looking for a forward thinker who has a degree in Technical Writing, Media Management, or a related field.

Alternatively, you may have completed a relevant apprenticeship with additional training, preferably in technical writing.

You should have a good understanding of technical concepts and be proficient in MS Office, Schema ST4, and digital image editing software.

Fluency in both German and English is required.
