- Holding a current Florida Nursing License
- Completion of a recognized nursing school program
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospital environment

- Proficiency in aseptic technique and its application
- Competence in caring for patients of all ages
- Fundamental grasp of Performance Improvement principles
