Your Responsibilities


As a Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the construction management and supervision of all renewable energy projects in the Civil Engineering sector (with a focus on wind) in Wilkesboro.

Within your role:

  • You will be responsible for the preparation, management, and quality control of infrastructure works for the projects (e.g. road and cable construction, foundation and concrete tower construction, ground improvements, etc.),
  • You will create performance specifications for each trade, manage tenders, and handle invoicing for construction services in collaboration with the procurement department,
  • You will coordinate subcontractors and owners on site in consultation with the project implementation teams,
  • You will be responsible for inspections, controls, and quality assurance of the construction project,
  • You will document the construction sites and provide regular project reporting to all project stakeholders,
  • You will also be responsible for claim management in consultation with project stakeholders,
  • You will ensure compliance with conditions and requirements from building permits or BImSch permits,
  • You will handle service invoicing.

Your Profile

  • After completing your engineering studies (preferably in civil engineering), you ideally have professional experience as a construction manager, planner, or technical project manager.
  • You are confident and have strong conflict resolution and decision
