We are currently seeking an Assistant in Service (m/f/d) for our dealership in Stuttgart to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Personal and telephone customer service, as well as scheduling service appointments
Preparation of customer orders for service
Handling of accident and warranty claims
Trustful collaboration with the sales and service team

Your profile should include:

Successfully completed vocational training
Professional experience in service, preferably in the automotive/hospitality industry
Strong organizational skills, excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Excellent manners and enjoyment of working in a dealership
