Job Description

  • During your student job, you will support us in organizing AI trainings and events (scheduling and participant management, certificate generation, feedback evaluation, graduation celebrations, etc.).
  • You will assist us in implementing communication measures (marketing campaigns, website revisions, creation of advertising materials, etc.).
  • Your responsibilities will also include travel organization (flight, train, hotel bookings, visa applications) and expense reports, as well as filing management.
  • Additionally, you will create and revise presentations.
  • Last but not least, you will support us in ordering office supplies, IT accessories, and professional literature, as well as scheduling appointments.
