JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team.

The Senior Administrator will _oversee the operations of our 6 residential group homes serving youth between the ages of 13-17 years of age.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist with all aspects of the employee life cycle (interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, evaluations, corrective actions and terminations).
  • Available to be
    oncall evenings, weekends, and holidays. Rotating 24/7 oncall responsibilities
  • Ability to assist with preparing for CBC, DCF, and Medicaid audits.
  • Ability to represent agency at provider meetings. (i.e. FCC, CBC and DCF)
  • Able to provide coverage at group homes if necessary.
  • Oversees cleanliness of homes, premises, and vehicles.
  • Ensure incident reports, daily logs, files, and all other records are submitted and uploaded to appropriate database per agency and HIPPA guidelines.
  • Ensure budget reports and receipts are submitted on time and are accurate per Friends policy.
  • Oversees and coordinates program efforts to ensure a teamdriven process involving caregivers, youth, families, and community services working together to develop, implement, and provide quality services.
  • Provides consultation, coaching, and feedback as necessary and monitors the progress made in achieving programmatic objectives.
  • Monitors and analyzes data to evaluate program performance and ensure program objectives and outcomes are being met on a daytoday basis.
  • Ensure monthly documents are completed accurately and uploaded on time.
  • Complete all required trainings within specified time frame.
  • Attend civic group meetings in respective service area.
  • Responsible for accurate completion of performance reviews and timely submission.
  • Submits reports regarding concerns, evaluations, and other developments on a regular basis to the Chief Operating Officer. Also works with the HR administrator on training needs of the Staff.
  • Assist with delivering Behavioral Health Overlay Services (BHOS) and complete documentation when required.
  • Familiar with Medicaid implementation and assist when needed.
  • Conduct at least three monthly unannounced visits across all shifts. Visits must occur after business hours or on the weekends.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with agency consultants as scheduled.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Required:

Master's degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field, and 3 years of supervisory experience
OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience including management, administration, and social services with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:


  • Ability to successfully lead a team of associates.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization and with external business contacts in an articulate, professional manner while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of state and local agencies and regulatory requirements pertaining to youth care.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

$70, $82,000.00 per year
