Job in Luzern:
As part of your role, you will primarily be responsible for the following tasks in
Coral Terrace:
- Managing sales of condominiums and residential properties (new construction and existing properties)
- Managing initial rental mandates, including advising clients, contracting parties, and external partners
- Handling all aspects of marketing assignments
- Preparing rental calculations and sales price estimates
- Planning marketing measures
- Conducting various consulting and viewing appointments
- Creating reports
- Conducting acquisition activities, such as developing property-specific sales and rental offers or contracts
- Developing strategies and concepts and evaluating projects for marketing projects
- Conducting research for market and location analyses
- Organizing and improving internal processes and procedures.
