Reports To: Director of Ecommerce

Starting as a small sneaker store in Chinatown near the Las Vegas strip, we took a passion for sneaker culture, and turned it into a movement of art + fashion, cultivating premium menswear from all over the globe. We're home to over 120 of the most exclusive top-tier brands, from Nike and Stone Island, to Off-White and Comme des Garçons, including our private label brand of essential cut and sew apparel. At FEATURE, we're in a never-ending pursuit of the latest and greatest niche brands and are always evolving while offering some of the most exclusive, limited release product in the world. We are now rapidly expanding with the success of our online store, our flagship location at Wynn Las Vegas, the original store in Chinatown, our third location in Calabasas, CA and the brand-new location in Scottsdale, AZ.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are excited to add this critical member to our Ecommerce Team. As Manager – Email/SMS/Push, you will be responsible for growing our Email, SMS, and Push Notification channels. With already matured and well-established programs, we are seeking someone to elevate our owned channel initiatives to new heights, with special attention given to scaling internationally as a pivotal element of our growth strategy.

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the FEATURE brand in an effort to deliver excellent brand representation, customer experience, engagement, retention, and revenue at every owned channel touchpoint. This position entails taking on a diverse range of tasks, each playing a crucial part in steering these channels towards its goals and high standard expectations. It's about being strategic, organized, and ensuring every move contributes to our overall ecommerce and company success. Our ideal candidate has a passion for sneakers but also enjoys fashion, music, and art. You must be able to excel in a fun and fast-moving environment all while paying close attention to details and meeting set deadlines. This is a full-time position and will be located in the Salt Lake City area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

80% Email, SMS & Push Notification Channels

Maintain and optimize strategy, increasing revenue and subscriber base
Planning and execution for the email channel; including building, scheduling and sending all campaigns and automation flows
Planning and execution of SMS marketing campaigns and automation flows
Planning and execution for mobile app push notifications
Align with Ecommerce strategy and execute each of these channels with extreme attention to detail
Scale international subscribers and revenue
Work closely with the content and creative team to ensure positive user experience and drive revenue
Merchandising for mobile app
1. Daily updates to taxonomy, visual assets, releases and collections
Update weekly KPI dashboards and reports
Obsessively drive improvements to all channel KPIs

20% Overall Digital Marketing

Own the marketing content calendar and schedule email, SMS and Push
1. Coordinate with social team to slot in IG reels, IG stories, & IG Static
Develop a deep understanding of the FEATURE brand, its portfolio of brands and their impacts to performance at the product and/or total business level.
Assist Ecommerce team in customer segmentation, ad-hoc reporting, vetting, and exporting data

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in related field with 3+ years of Ecommerce, Email & SMS experience
Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter with the ability to thrive and be productive in a fast-moving environment
