Your responsibilities

A new business division of Leipfinger-Bader GmbH is the brick modular construction for efficient housing. Modular construction with bricks combines traditional craftsmanship with modern precision. This construction method allows for fast, flexible, and environmentally friendly projects that are also robust and timeless.

The modular construction with bricks enables high efficiency in planning and execution, as individual modules are prefabricated and then assembled on site to create buildings.

This significantly reduces construction time and minimizes disruptions in the surrounding area of the construction site.

To further expand our new business division, we are currently looking for dedicated colleagues at our location in Peffenhausen as

Production Workers (m/f/d)

Assembly and construction of modules
Installation of components on site in a heated hall
Evaluation of product quality
Working according to specifications and drawings
Responsible handling of machines, equipment, fixtures, and tools
Conscientious handling of all raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating materials

Your profile

You want to contribute to the development of our company through quality and humanity
An completed vocational training in a trade would be desirable
You have several years of professional experience in the technical and manual field and/or in production and have a confident handling of all the above-mentioned areas
You have a sense of quality
You are reliable, a team player, and enjoy your work
Shift work is not a problem for you
