In The Light Urns is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will begin in our fulfillment area, where you will gain valuable knowledge about our products and company procedures.

After initial training, you will transition to serving as the primary contact for client families, providing exemplary personalized service and support during their time of loss.

Key responsibilities include:
Learning about company products and procedures in the fulfillment area
Building strong relationships with client families and the community
Responding to inquiries in a timely, respectful, and sensitive manner
Connecting with families through listening, honest communication, and genuine concern
Offering solutions that provide value and meet each family's unique needs
Following up with families to ensure satisfaction
Collaborating with the customer service team to provide seamless, high-quality service
Networking to generate referrals for pre-need arrangements
Meeting or exceeding customer service targets and activity levels
