Description
This position is Full-Time, with some evenings and weekends


Responsibility:

  • Support the Admissions and Social Service Department in preparing new admissions or discharges
  • Support the Life Enrichment Team in encouraging and notify the residents of the daily activities or events
  • Answer call lights and conduct room checks
  • Ensure the cleanliness and facility presentation is welcoming and safe for all residents and staff
  • Conduct regular surveys in all of the departments to ensure quality satisfaction
  • Work on projects and other assign tasks

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 23 years of strong customer service experience
  • Prior experience in long term care or similar setting is strongly prefer
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse and aging population
